Should you have queries relating to Playgroup or Holiday Club during the school holidays, please speak to staff at drop off or collection or call 01978 852342 and follow the relevant options. 

Data Capture, Permissions and Dietary Needs
Please find attached a form for you to fill in regarding certain permissions and dietary requirements/allergies. Please fill this in as soon as possible to ensure the information we hold is current. Only one parent/carer needs to fill the form in. 

The Term Time Holiday Request Form can be found below. Please download and complete this. Once completed, this form should be emailed to attendance@allsaints-pri.wrexham.sch.uk and a response will be sent to confirm receipt.  In line with the Local Authority Attendance Policy, term time holidays will no longer be authorised.

My Child at School (Bromcom App)

We use the My Child at School app to allow you to update your child's information directly with us at a time that is convenient to you.

Wrexham Music Cooperative
