Welcome to Pembroke Class, Gwyrch Class and Bodelwyddan Class,

This term we will be exploring two very exciting topics. For the first half term we will learning all about the Gresford Mining Disaster, focusing on work and leisure in our local community now and in the past. Following the October half term, we will be competing in the Formula 1 in Schools competition. Pupils will work in small teams to build their own F1 car, plan and deliver a verbal presentation and producing a portfolio of work on the steps they have followed. This will culminate in an all-action race day. It is our desire to showcase all of our work with you on two separate occasions, we will share details with you closer to the time.

PE days:

Dosbarth Penfro – Monday and Friday

Dosbarth Gwyrch – Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

Dosbarth Bodelwyddan – Monday and Friday
