Cllr Jeremy Kent
My name is Jeremy Kent and I am a Local Authority Governor at the school since February 2022. I am the local County Councillor for Gresford East and West. I work for the Ministry Of Defence and formerly worked as a Cover Teacher in a secondary school. I have a passion for education and youth work and hope to be able to bring these skills to your school.
Mr Simon Evans
I am a Foundation Governor. I have worked in the financial industry for over 18 years. I have 3 young children currently attending the school and playgroup and really look forward to supporting the staff, governors and most importantly the children, in helping give them the best chance educationally for their future.
Mr Matthew Holmes
I have been teaching at All Saints' since January 2013 and became the school's Deputy Headteacher in January 2018. I am currently the Year 5 class teacher, but since starting at the school I have had the opportunity to teach every year group within Key Stage Two - something that has kept me on my toes and provided me with a greater insight into how the children develop before their transition to high school.
I graduated from Chester University with a Primary PGCE in 2006 and then spent 6 1/2 years teaching in two different primary schools in Shrewsbury. Prior to completing my PGCE, I graduated from Worcester University with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science. This love of sport is something I try to bring to the school as I help to organise many different sporting clubs, events and teams. Seeing the children successfully represent our school in a variety of sporting events has provided me with many great memories. I just hope the children remember me when they are rich and famous! I also enjoy organising our residential trips in Years 5 and 6 which provide the children with opportunities to take part in a range of outdoor and adventurous activities.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am married with two young children (a son and a daughter) and know that they are going to grow up too quickly! I also have a Cocker Spaniel called Poppy who requires lots of walks and attention. My hobbies include keeping fit and healthy by going for runs and playing football. Football is a real passion of mine and I am an avid Liverpool fan!
Mrs Morris
I joined All Saints' School 18 months ago after completing a BSc (Hons) in Mental Health and Wellbeing. I am the non-teaching staff governor.
My role is supporting, children within class and around the school. Outside of work I love to visit historical places with my children, I like to go on walks in the countryside whatever the weather I'm most happy when I'm in my wellies!
